Bar Blu/Willy World Cycles/No Limit Riders Motorcycle Raffle to benefit the Lamb's Fold Center for Women and Children
RULES
1. ELIGIBILITY. Each entrant, by entering the Raffle, agrees to abide by all of the rules and conditions contained herein, as well as all applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations, and further agrees to release the organizations and their directors, officers, agents and employees from any and all liability with respect to all aspects of the raffle including, but not limited to, the selection process. The Raffle is open to any eligible person residing in a country or state where the Raffle is not prohibited. Employees of Bar Blu and their immediate family members, employees of Willy World Cycles and their immediate family members, members of No Limit Riders and their immediate family members, and agents and prize suppliers and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Raffle. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
2. TICKET PURCHASE. The cost to purchase a single entry ("Ticket") for the Raffle is $20.00 (U.S. Funds only) and is not tax deductible. Any entrant may purchase more than one Ticket. An entrant can enter the Raffle by purchasing a Ticket at Bar Blu, Willy World Cycles, from employees of said businesses, or from members of No Limit Riders. Ticket payment can be made by VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express, cash, or money order. All ticket sales are final. If an entrant's payment is dishonored for any reason, such entrant's Tickets will be declared invalid unless full and satisfactory payment is made prior to the Raffle drawing. Completed entry ticket forms must be in the possession of Bar Blu by 12:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 23, 2009 or before 1000 valid Tickets are sold, whichever comes first, to be eligible for the Prize drawing. All ticket forms will be handled and recorded on a first come, first served basis. Any ticket forms and payments (including payments previously dishonored) received after closure of the Raffle will be returned to the entrant (unless ticket sales permit an additional raffle drawing). Upon receipt of a completed registration form and valid payment, a Ticket number will be assigned to the registration form.
3. PRIZES. First Prize is a 2008 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R. The base model motorcycle includes standard features only as designated by Kawasaki. Special color schemes and performance models do not apply and are subject to availability. The winner must negotiate directly with the dealership for any and all options desired. Neither Br Blu nor No Limit Riders will act as agents on behalf the winner in ordering the vehicle with options.
Second Prize is a prize package containing a motorcycle helmet, motorcycle jacket and motorcycle gloves. Exact details of Second Prize will be determined at a later date.
Third Prize is a motorcycle helmet. Exact details of Third Prize will be determined at a later date.
Fourth Prize is a motorcycle jacket. Exact details of Fourth Prize will be determined at a later date.
Fifth Prize is a one hundred dollar ($100) Bar Blu Gift Certificate.
Sixth Prize is a fifty dollar ($50) Bar Blu Gift Certificate.
The Prizewinner must take delivery of the vehicle at Willy World Cycles. The winner, at his or her sole expense, may choose to have the vehicle shipped to another location for final delivery. The winner is responsible for making any and all such arrangements. Neither Bar Blu nor No Limit Riders will act as agents on behalf of the winner in arranging final transportation. Timing of the delivery of the vehicle is at the discretion of Willy World Cycles.
4. WINNING CHANCES. A maximum of 1000 Tickets will be sold. Each Ticket represents one chance to win. You may enter as many times as you like. Chances of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible Tickets sold. If 1000 Tickets are sold, your chance of winning the grand prize is 1 in 1000.
5. DRAWINGS. Winners will be determined by random drawings of all the eligible tickets received by the entry deadlines. The Prize Drawing will be conducted at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 23, 2009. Valid entries for the Prize Drawing date must be received by 12:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 23, 2009. Winners need not be present to in. Drawings are not open to the public.
**********6. MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATION OF DRAWING. Bar Blu, Willy World Cycles and No Limit Riders collectively reserve the right to cancel or modify the Raffle. If **** Tickets are not sold by 12:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 23, 2009, Bar Blu, at its option, may modify the Raffle by withdrawing the Prize and split the remaining net proceeds (income less expenses) equally between the Prizewinner, Bar Blu, Willy Word Cycles, No Limit Riders and Lamb's Fold Center for Women and Children. If at least **** Tickets are not sold by 12:00 p.m. on August 23, 2009, Bar Blu, at its option, may cancel the Raffle and refund in full to each entrant the purchase price of the Ticket.
7. WINNERS. Winners will be notified by phone, e-mail and/or by mail based on the information received on the registration form. Winners must present their portion of the winning Ticket (acquired at time of purchase) in order to claim any prize. Names of winners will be available to all media and will be available at the business address of Bar Blu and listed on Bar Blu's Website. Winning entrants agree to allow Bar Blu, Willy World and No Limit Riders to use their names, likeness, and any statements made by them regarding the prize for advertising or publicity purposes without compensation. Responsiblity for any and all taxes, title fees, docking fees, setup fees, liscences and/or registration fees rest solely with winners. Winners may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability release. Failure to do so if requested or if one otherwise fails to comply by any and/or all of these rules and/or to make arrangements to claim his or her prize within thirty (30) days of notification will void that entry. In the event that any winning entry is voided in any of the the previous manners sole possession and ownership of said prize passes to Bar Blu.
8. AWARDING OF PRIZES. More than one name may be listed on a registration form, but the first name listed shall be deemed to be the entrant. Delivery or payment of any prize shall be made solely to the entrant. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant in a multiple party entry to allocate any such prize among the participants in a multiple party entry.
9. AUTHORITY AND CONTROL. The collective decisions of Bar Blu, Willy World Cycles and No Limit Riders shall be final in all matters concerning the Raffle. The Raffle is subject to the laws of the State of Illinois. Void where prohibited by law.
10. OVERSIGHT. The Motorcycle Raffle drawing is officiated by in independent agency to be named at a later time.
11. VEHICLE. Base Model 2008 Kawasaki ZX-6R with standard options only (no special editions and/or models), as noted in Section 3 above. “Kawasaki” is a registered trademark.
12. PROCEEDS. All net proceeds (income less expenses) will be donated to Lamb's Fold Center for Women and Children.
